Yes, it does have info that is available in different internet searches, but it is nice to have this great help in ONE BOOK!***The best section in this book in my opinion is the one of best I found called: I'm Not An Insomniac, I Just Can't Sleep.
In this section, there is a very helpful checklist of DO NOT DO'S before going to bed. In that list of ten DO NOT DO'S, I was doing most of the DO NO DO's.
The best suggestion that I found in this book is so true: When you cannot sleep, get up and find something boring to do.
IT WORKED! I went on my laptop and did a internet search of a very boring subject and it just about put me to sleep!
This book is helpful in my opinion and I found it a good read!

As in the Prime your Mind for Weight loss, this book provides excellent info on the power and hype of subliminal techniques. Both totally work for me. Better than any method I've yet tried.
I am VERY excited about Paul William's subliminals!!!! i have been listening to his entire set for two days now, and while I will edit this review as time goes on, I have to say that my anxiety and pain levels have decreased dramatically!!
why would this happen with stuff about sleep and confidence? because he uses priming, which allows the subliminals to not be rejected if your left brain disagrees and say 'oh heck no, i'm not relaxed!'.... but also because he is dealing with deep seated fears and traumas!!! i couldn't believe my eyes when i read his book, praying he would know why people can't sleep, but he KNOWS and deals with it!
i think i was only up all night because i was so excited about the products, i bought each book!!!
When the sleep inducing music is over, an irritating sound is heard that wakes you up. Starts off well, but ends badly.
